Abstract
Uno statore per motore pneumatico comprende un corpo fisso (1) nel quale è praticata una cavità statorica (2) sostanzialmente cilindrica in cui è girevolmente alloggiato in posizione eccentrica un rotore (5) determinante con la cavità statorica (2) una intercapedine (51) avente un tratto a sezione crescente da un punto di minima eccentricità (50) ad un punto di massima eccentricità (52), ed un tratto a sezione decrescente dal punto di massima eccentricità (52) al punto di minima eccentricità (50); lo statore comprende un passaggio di ingresso (3) di un fluido in pressione, comunicante con la cavità statorica (2) nel tratto a sezione crescente di detta intercapedine (51), ed un passaggio di uscita (4) del fluido in pressione comunicante con la cavità statorica (2) nel tratto a sezione decrescente di detta intercapedine (51); la cavità statorica (2) sostanzialmente cilindrica è provvista di una prima ovalizzazione (20), nel tratto a sezione crescente dell'intercapedine (51) in corrispondenza del passaggio di ingresso (3) del fluido, per aumentare la sezione di detta intercapedine (51) rispetto ad un profilo perfettamente cilindrico (21).(Figura 6).A stator for air motor comprises a fixed body (1) in which a substantially cylindrical stator cavity (2) is made in which a rotor (5) rotatably housed in an eccentric position which determines a cavity (51) with the stator cavity (2) having a section with an increasing section from a point of minimum eccentricity (50) to a point of maximum eccentricity (52), and a section with decreasing section from the point of maximum eccentricity (52) to the point of minimum eccentricity (50); the stator comprises an inlet passage (3) of a pressurized fluid, communicating with the stator cavity (2) in the section with increasing section of said cavity (51), and an outlet passage (4) of the pressurized fluid communicating with the stator cavity (2) in the section with decreasing section of said cavity (51); the substantially cylindrical stator cavity (2) is provided with a first ovalization (20), in the section with increasing section of the interspace (51) in correspondence with the fluid inlet passage (3), to increase the section of said interspace (51 ) with respect to a perfectly cylindrical profile (21).
