Abstract

La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un regolatore di flusso ad alta precisione per linee d'infusione medicale. Il regolatore comprende un corpo fisso (2) con una cavità interna (5) sostanzialmente cilindrica provvista di un condotto di ingresso (7) ed uno di uscita (8), ed un elemento valvolare mobile (3) inserito girevolmente nella cavità interna di detto corpo per variare selettivamente la portata tra i condotti (7, 8). L'elemento valvolare (3) comprende mezzi di occlusione (15) destinati ad interagire con una fessura calibrata (13) formata sulla parete laterale del corpo fisso (2) in corrispondenza del canale d'ingresso (7), parallelamente all'asse della cavità (5) per una lunghezza approssimativamente pari al diametro interno del condotto di ingresso (7). The regulator comprises a fixed body (2) with a substantially cylindrical internal cavity (5) provided with an inlet (7) and an outlet conduit (8), and a movable valve element (3) rotatably inserted in the internal cavity of said body to selectively vary the flow between the ducts (7, 8). The valve element (3) comprises occlusion means (15) intended to interact with a calibrated slot (13) formed on the side wall of the fixed body (2) in correspondence with the input channel (7), parallel to the axis of the cavity (5) for a length approximately equal to the internal diameter of the inlet duct (7). The mobile element (3) has a tubular portion (11) having at one end an edge (15) with a helical profile which defines the occlusion means. The regulator consists of only two pieces and is therefore extremely inexpensive, it is not very sensitive to changes in viscosity and pressure of the fluid.
