Abstract

Il presente trovato concerne una levigatrice a nastro per legno, leghe, metalli, eccetera. Essa viene impiegata, in particolare, su pezzi che necessitano di lavorazioni disposte secondo direzioni ortogonali fra di loro come, ad esempio, i telai di finestre. Un telaio di finestra (3) viene alimentato per mezzo di un trasportatore (2) ed è levigato da almeno un nastro abrasivo (5), che viene premuto contro il telaio tramite una pluralità di settori (71), affiancati l'uno di seguito all'altro. I settori sono mobili fra una posizione superiore, inattiva, e una posizione inferiore, attiva. Essi sono mantenuti in posizione attiva per mezzo di lamine (73), flessibili che sono dotate di un'elevata rigidezza flessionale in direzione verticale e che agiscono in antagonismo con molle.
