Abstract
Il trovato si riferisce ad un dispositivo perfezionato per il controllo di saldatura, ovvero un dispositivo che permette di controllare il processo automatico di saldatura a resistenza a punti, del tipo comprendente un blocco d'ingresso dati analogici (INAL), un blocco (IODIG) di comunicazione con mezzi esterni al dispositivo, una memoria (ROM) ed una memoria (RAM), connessi tramite un bus (7) ad un blocco processore (CPU), a sua volta in comunicazione con un terminale portatile esterno (T), di gestione di segnali in uscita (9) ed in ingresso (10) per il comando e controllo di una macchina di saldatura (MS) e relativo innescatore (15), in cui sono previsti un mezzo connettore(12) per il collegamento rimovibile di una memoria esterna (ME) con detto bus (7) ed il detto blocco processore (CPU), un blocco orologio (BOR) fornente direttamente a detto blocco processare (CPU) riferimenti al tempo reale assoluto, un blocco di controllo dell'alimentazione di rete (PF), abilitante un circuito a batteria tampone (BT) per la continuità d'alimentazione del blocco (BOR) e della memoria (RAM) ed attivante il blocco processore (CPU) per la conservazione dello status operativo del dispositivo.(figura unica).The invention relates to an improved device for welding control, or a device that allows to control the automatic spot resistance welding process, of the type comprising an analog data input block (INAL), a block (IODIG) of communication with external means to the device, a memory (ROM) and a memory (RAM), connected via a bus (7) to a processor block (CPU), in turn in communication with an external portable terminal (T), of management of output (9) and input (10) signals for the command and control of a welding machine (MS) and relative trigger (15), in which a connector means (12) is provided for the removable connection of a external memory (ME) with said bus (7) and said processor block (CPU), a clock block (BOR) providing directly to said block to process (CPU) references to absolute real time, a control block of the mains supply (PF), enabling a circuit a buffer battery (BT) for the continuity of power supply of the block (BOR) and of the memory (RAM) and activating the processor block (CPU) for the preservation of the operating status of the device.
