Abstract

The vehicle seat belt pretensioner actuated by a rotary drive having a frame (2) with a belt winding shaft (1); a rotary actuator (30) with a pressure chamber (C), a rotary body (31) and a gas producer (4).There is a coupling (51, 52) between the rotary body and the winding shaft. The pressure chamber of the actuator is ring shaped and has an inner wall (311) which defines a space (3) within the chamber, and the coupling is accommodated in the space (S) inside the chamber.
