Abstract

Il materiale di base è un coestruso formato da almeno due strati, uno di supporto di poliolefina (ad esempio polietilene o polipropilene) e l'altro da uno strato di contatto a base poliolefinica modificata, il quale strato di contatto, che ha la proprietà di facilitare l'apertura dell'imballaggio flessibile, ha una temperatura di rammollimento (punto VICAT) che è inferiore a quello dello strato di supporto. L'imballaggio flessibile è ottenuto con tale materiale saldandolo a temperature differenziate si da eliminare la proprietà di facilitare l'apertura propria dello strato di contatto nelle saldature longitudinali e di fondo (ed eventualmente ed in parte nella saldatura della imboccatura), conservando invece tale proprietà nella saldatura totale o residua della imboccatura.
