Abstract

Chiodo endomidollare per osteosintesi per il trattamento chirurgico delle fratture diafisometafisarie di femore e di tibia caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un tubo fungente da infibulo munito lateralmente nelle sue zone prossimali e distali di passaggi o fori per l'introduzione di almeno una coppia di aste appuntite ad una estremità e munite di una testa sporgente all'altra, dette aste essendo ad andamento leggermente curvilineo, detto tubo avendo almeno in parte sezione lobata sicché detta asta curvata introdotte in detto tubo incontra la parete interna dello stesso in corrispondenza di un lobo di detta sezione lobata e ne viene guidato attraverso il percorso all'interno del tubo fino ad uscire in corrispondenza di un foro distale affacciato a detto lobo, detta coppia di aste incrociandosi in un certo punto all'interno del tubo.
