Abstract

Complesso di attrezzi per la produzione di fogli soffiati in materiale sintetico termoplastico con una testa portaattrezzi, che presenta un attrezzo interno, un attrezzo esterno e un impianto per l'apporto dell'aria di soffiaggio alla bolla di foglio e/o per l'asportazione dell'aria di soffiaggio dalla bolla di foglio. L'attrezzo interno e l'attrezzo esterno formano un ugello a fessura anulare con fessura anulare di uscita per l'uscita a forma di tubo flessibile della massa fusa di materiale sintetico termoplastificata. Per il resto, sono previsti un dispositivo di raffreddamento esterno con un labbro di guida dell'aria di raffreddamento inferiore e un labbro di guida dell'aria di raffreddamento superiore che sono disposti al di sopra della fessura anulare di uscita dell'ugello a fessura anulare e che a loro volta formano una fessura di uscita dall'aria di raffreddamento. La fessura anulare di uscita può venire centrata con l'aiuto di un impianto di centraggio non mostrato che agisce sull'attrezzo esterno. Al dispositivo di raffreddamento esterno è possibile apportare l'aria di raffreddamento attraverso un sistema di alimentazione e distribuzione. Almeno uno dei labbri di guida dell'aria di raffreddamento realizzati come parte costruttiva rigida è registrabile obliquamente rispetto all'asse della testa portaattrezzi. In questo modo lo spessore della fessura di uscita dell'aria di raffreddamento può venire modificato a misura della posizione obliqua.
