Abstract

In a workbench 1, on a guided slide apparatus 2, there is a motor assembly 3 maintained in external position by a pair of helicoidal retention springs 4 pressing against the bottom 5 and maintained in position on tappet columns 6. On the shaft 7 of said motor assembly 3 is mounted, first, a gear roller 8 which, by chain 9, moves on the bench 1 another gear roller 10 on a shaft 11 and a further roller 12 on a shaft 13. Externally on the shaft 7 there is mounted a rubber roller 14 which, under pressure from the springs 4, presses against the spool holder take-up shaft 15, turning freely on a bearing 16. On the bench 1, in symmetry with said spool holder take- up shaft 15, there is a spool holder unwinding shaft 17 turning freely on a bearing 18. In the same plane with the roll being taken up and the roll being unwound, at the outside, there are rollers 19, 20 provided on motor- operated shafts 11, 13 and inertial rollers 23, 24 on shafts 21, 22 in the intermediate space. At the centre, at top position, there is a tape counter 25 with counting roller 26 and companion roller 27 maintained in position by a spring retention device 28. <IMAGE>
