Abstract

Depuratore per solventi a carboni attivi per macchine lavasecco ad assorbimento maggiorato che comprende un recipiente cilindrico ad asse verticale esteso verticalmente che ha base e cappello convessi connessi rispettivamente ad un tubo di introduzione della miscela gassosa aria-solvente proveniente dalla botte e ad una ventola di aspirazione collegata ad un tubo di emissione dell'aria depurata, recipiente che ha internamente due diaframmi filtranti fra i quali sono disposti carboni attivi, uno scambiatore di calore di raffreddamento che è disposto al di sotto del diaframma inferiore e che è atto, in fase di assorbimento, ad abbassare la temperatura della miscela calda proveniente dalla botte per fare avvenire l'assorbimento del solvente da parte dei carboni attivi alla temperatura di maggior efficacia dei carboni, e, in fase di rigenerazione, a determinare la condensazione della miscela acqua solvente da inviare ad un separatore.
