Abstract
Unità (1) osteointegrabile per impianti odontoiatrici comprendente un elemento di supporto (2), preferibilmente realizzato in titanio, atto ad essere almeno in parte alloggiato in una cavità (10) ricavata nell'osso (11) mandibolare o mascellare di un paziente ed atto a supportare un elemento protesico, ed un involucro (6) tubolare di tessuto realizzato con una fibra sintetica biocompatibile, disposto intorno all'elemento di supporto (2) e ad esso connesso mediante una pluralità di filamenti (9) realizzati con la stessa o con una diversa fibra biocompatibile, l'interstizio (7) tra l'elemento di supporto e l'involucro contenendo una sostanza (8) chimicamente affine all'osso, ad esempio CaCO3 o Ca(OH)2.[Figg. 1e 2]
