Abstract
L'invenzione in oggetto concerne la stabilizzazione di formulazioni galeniche contenenti la calcitonina, atte ad essere somministrate per via nasale.I componenti descritti nell'invenzione sono essenzialmente:a. calcitonina b. un conservante c. un antiossidante scelto tra acido ascorbico, cisteina, bisolfito e metabisolfito di metallo alcalino d. un veicolo liquido compatibile con lo scopo prefisso e cioè l'applicazione sulla mucosa nasale.Le formulazioni descritte trovano utile applicazione sotto forma di spray nasale.
