Arrotolatore-misuratore di tessuto comprendente due coppie di rulli (11,12) paralleli su un piano sostanzialmente orizzontale, dette coppie di rulli (11, 12) essendo verticalmente e lateralmente vantaggiosamente disassate, dette coppie di rulli (11, 12) essendo altresì azionato da un unico organo motore (13) ed associato ad un quadro di comando e segnalazione (34) e ad una logica di controllo (14), tra la coppie di rulli inferiori (12) e la coppia di rulli superiori (11) essendo presente una barra di tensionamento (27) e tra detta barra di tensionamento (27) e la coppie di rulli superiori (11) essendo presente un dispositivo di taglio (29), essendo altresì presente in cooperazione con detta barra di tensionamento (27) un mezzo pressore (33) temporalmente azionabile.
