Abstract

Trattasi di una macchina atta a consentire l'arrotondamento della pasta inserita all'interno della suddetta, al fine di formare pezzi di forma sostanzialmente sferica, da sottoporre quindi a cottura. La caratteristica di novità del trovato è costituita dal fatto di presentare mezzi atti e consentire la variazione dei parametri che determinano la forma e le dimensioni dei pezzi finiti, in particolare anche quando la macchina è in movimento (fig. 1).
