Abstract
The barrier consists of parts connected by a transverse cement wall corresponding with each contact surface and a central wall. A layer of asphalt on the base makes the inside of the space impermeable; dangerous waste is stored in the empty spaces between the wall that are then filled with earth (or sand, crushed stone, etc.) and sealed at the top with a layer of concrete. Lastly the roof is added, resting in position as a cover that can be removed for access to electricity and telephone cables inserted between the concrete cover and the roof. To the said structure is coupled a continuous steel band by interposing deformable metal supports with high energy absorption particularly for use on very dangerous stretches of road.
