Abstract

Trattasi di un procedimento per ottenere profilati compositi, per costruzione di infissi con interruzione dei ponti termici, comprendente le seguenti fasi operative:- formatura di un profilato (20) tubolare avente una cavità (10) interna delimitata da pareti (1,2,3,4) di contorno (51) chiuso;- inserimento di un elemento longitudinale (9) in materiale termoisolante, dotato di scanalature longitudinali, nella detta cavità (10);- tranciatura del profilato (20), lungo direttrici longitudinali collocate su pareti (1,3) provviste di rostri (44), a riscontro di una motrice (12,11) ricavata sull'elemento longitudinale (9), con formazione di elementi (20a,20b) di profilato aventi bordi (17) di tranciatura disgiunti;- formatura di una biforcazione (40) sui bordi (17) di tranciatura; piegatura dei bordi (17) di tranciatura nelle scanalature (13,14,15,16) dell'elemento longitudinale (9) in modo da associare la biforcazione (40) con la scanalatura (13,14,15,16) interferendone almeno una parete (42a,42b) aggraffando stabilmente gli elementi (20a,20b) di profilato all'elemento longitudinale (9).
