Abstract

Un pistone per valvole a cassetto, in particolare per valvole a vie pneumatiche, è realizzato generalmente in acciaio ed è dotato di una forma di base cilindrica (3) con tratti di comando (2), su questa disposti, come pure con tratti intermedi (4) di diametro inferiore, su raccordi di questi essendo formati bordi di comando (12).Per poter fabbricare il pistone con peso ridotto e secondo metodi più economici, viene proposto che il corpo (1) del pistone sia fabbricato in modo passante cavo in materiale plastico, che tratti di comando esterni (2) e tratti infrapposti (4) di diametro minore presentano rispettivamente fra loro pareti (5, 6) dello stesso spessore e che il materiale plastico è costituito da poliossimetilene o da poliammide con una parte in materiali di riempimento.
