Abstract

Dispositivo di limitazione della tensione operativa per interruttori meccanici in telefonia la cui peculiarità consiste nel fatto di comprendere morsetti di collegamento ad una linea telefonica, da un primo morsetto si stacca un ramo di collegamento ed alimentazione per una circuiteria di controllo presentante un primo interruttore al cui terminale di uscita sono collegati il morsetto di catodo di un primo diodo zener ed il morsetto di source di un primo transistore MOSFET, il cui morsetto di gate è collegato con il morsetto di anodo di detto diodo zener a detto primo morsetto. Sono previsti mezzi di regolazione della corrente assorbita dal dispositivo.
