Fondo piatto di recipienti di cottura la cui superficie esterna è provvista di scanalature (6) concentriche equidistanti a forma di cerchi ed è rivestita da due strati sovrapposti, di cui il primo (9), a contatto col metallo, costituito da un materiale ad alta capacità di assorbire il calore di radiazione, distribuito omogeneamente su tutta la superficie del fondo (2), e il secondo strato (10) costituito da uno smalto o pasta serigrafica resistente all'abrasione e alle rigature, distribuito non omogeneamente, e preferibilmente a tratti, e solamente sulle parti in rilievo (7) della superficie disposte fra le scanalature (6).
