Abstract

Si tratta di una centralina di smistamento automatica di granuli plastici per la produzione di oggetti in plastica di forme e colori diversi. La centralina collega i condotti provenienti dal silos delle varie plastiche con condotti di una o più presse di lavorazione. Tramite un motore elettrico e dei sensori di posizione il disco che regge il tubo di convogliamento alla pressa viene ruotato in modo da portare l'estremità del tubo in corrispondenza del tubo posto sul disco fisso, collegato al silos contenente i granuli di plastica prescelti. Durante la rotazione del disco una pompa provvede al lavaggio per depressione d'aria del tubo collegato al disco mobile in modo da rimuovere eventuali granuli o polvere di granuli eventualmente rimasti all'interno del tubo.
