Abstract

Il presente brevetto riguarda una macchina in grado di poter lavorare tutta la superficie arrotondata di oggetti sferici o conici o similari da oreficeria o bigiotteria.Tale macchina propone in particolare che l'oggetto da lavorare (13) possa essere trattenuto, alle estremità della foratura passante di cui è provvisto, tra due contropunte (10) e (11), e fatto ruotare su se stesso attorno a due assi ortogonali tra loro, di fronte ad un utensile incisore posto su una ventola.Le contropunte (10) e (11), infatti, oltre a poter ruotare sul proprio asse, sono montate su un gruppo girevole (3) portapezzo che, può muoversi secondo uno spostamento automatico progressivo imposto da una doppia ruota libera azionata da un pistoncino a corsa regolabile.Nella macchina in oggetto sono previsti organi per l'apertura e la chiusura delle contropunte (10) e (11), organi sincronizzati di azionamento e di oscillazione di dette ventola di incisione, nonché dispositivi automatici che consentono di riportare alla posizione iniziale tutto il gruppo di supporto, al termine di ciascuna lavorazione.
