Abstract
Procedimento per la produzione di pannelli sagomati rivestiti con foglio di materiale plastico, detti pannelli sagomati (10) essendo composti da un corpo sagomato, da un corpo di rivestimento ottenuto da detto foglio di rivestimento (12) e da un foglio piano (17), detto foglio di materiale plastico (12) venendo termoformato ad assumere il profilo della faccia (19) da rivestire ed essendo costituito da uno strato di materiale termoplastico (20) e da uno strato di resina acrilica (21), la superficie esterna (22) del corpo di rivestimento (12) in resina acrilica, una volta assiemata, venendo sottoposta ad almeno una fase di levigatura e successiva lucidatura.Foglio di materiale plastico (12) a due strati di cui uno in materiale termoplastico (20), ad esempio ABS, e l'altro in resina acrilica (21), presentante lo strato in materiale termoplastico (20) con uno spessore compreso nell'intorno tra 0,8 e 1,0 mm e lo strato in resina acrilica (21) con uno spessore uguale o superiore a 0,5 mm.
