Abstract
Viene descritta la scomposizione mediante RP-XPLC di un polipeptide contenente zuccheri che è stato isolato da un preparato di natura glicolipoproteica ottenuto per elettrodialisi di una sospensione in acqua di Streptococcus thermophilus. Le sei frazioni isolate hanno dimostrato interessanti proprietà immunomodulanti ed antitumorali.
