Abstract
Gel monolitici a composizione mullitica e loro derivati in forma di aerogels o di materiali sinterizzati.Il processo di preparazione prevede la formazione di un precursore polimerico (Al6Si2O13)n complessato con AcAc, o similari, seguito da:- idrolisi con soluzioni idroalcoliche contenenti acidi o basi o H2O2 o miscele acido-H2O2.- essiccamento ipercritico del gelo ottenuto per la formazione dell'aerogel;- trattamento termico dell'aerogel a temperature tra 500 e 1700°C per originare materiali a porosità controllata o materiali sinterizzati.
