Abstract

La valvola autoregolatrice di pressione e portata di fluidi comprende un elemento riduttore di pressione (50) costituito da un blocco (54) cilindrico comportante un foro passante assiale (62) entro il quale scorre a tenuta uno stelo otturatore (64) comandato direttamente da un azionatore (42) dotato di un pistone a doppio effetto (43). La superficie cilindrica esterna del blocco (54) presenta una gola spiraliforme (60), sul fondo radialmente interno della quale sboccano, in più posizioni a livelli diversi, condotti radiali (66) che partono dal foro assiale (62) e che vengono parzializzati dalla estremità dello stelo (64) che costringe il fluido a seguire un percorso più o meno lungo nella gola (60) a seconda delle posizione dello stelo stesso, riducendone proporzionalmente la pressione per perdita di carico subita. Il canale formato dalla gola (60) sbocca in un'unica uscita (72) di spillamento del campione di fluido in comunicazione con una delle camere del pistone a doppio effetto mentre nella camera opposta viene immessa aria a pressione costante tarabile, fornente una contropressione.(Figura 1).The pressure and fluid flow self-regulating valve comprises a pressure reducing element (50) consisting of a cylindrical block (54) comprising an axial through hole (62) within which a shutter stem (64) slides directly controlled by a actuator (42) equipped with a double-acting piston (43).
