Abstract
L'invenzione ha per oggetto un procedimento di sintesi di composti semiconduttori degli elementi Gallio, Alluminio ed Indio con gli elementi Arsenico e Fosforo. Si può ottenere tra gli altri la sintesi di arseniuro di gallio (GaAs) e di arseniuro di alluminio (A1As). Il procedimento è caratterizzato nel fatto che gli elementi (ad esempio gallio ed arsenico) vengono sottoposti ad una macinazione in un mulino ad alta energia. La sintesi è ottenuta senza che un apporto esterno di calore sia necessario.
