Abstract

Il metodo, per il controllo e la correzione della ventilazione in sigarette provviste di perforazioni e realizzate con macchine comprendenti un gruppo (2) di gommatura di un nastro continuo (3) di carta, un gruppo (4) di taglio del nastro continuo (3) in singole fascette (5), un gruppo (6) di alimentazione di spezzoni di sigaretta e di rispettivi filtri di lunghezza doppia (7), un gruppo (8) di composizione di questi ultimi in sigarette doppie (9) reciprocamente unite in corrispondenza del filtro, un gruppo (10) di taglio delle sigarette doppie (9) in sigarette singole (11), un gruppo (12) in grado di orientare tutte le sigarette (11) secondo una medesima direzione, prevede che al gruppo gommatore (2) venga alimentato un nastro continuo (3) di carta preforata e che, successivamente all'equiorientamento delle sigarette (11), il grado di ventilazione di almeno alcune di esse venga rilevato e confrontato con un valore di soglia preimpostato per l'azionamento di un gruppo di perforazione (15) almeno in corrispondenza delle sigarette (11) presentanti un grado di ventilazione inferiore al valore di soglia.(Figura 3).
