Abstract

Dispositivo ad ultrasuoni per la saldatura ed il taglio di stoffe naturali, sintetiche o miste comprendente un convertitore d'ultrasuoni operativamente accoppiato ad un sonotrodo costituito da un utensile avente un'estremità cooperante con un piano di lavoro. Detta estremità presenta una zona di saldatura ed un tagliente connesso a detta zona a valle rispetto alla direzione di avanzamento del materiale da saldare, essendo previsti mezzi per il supporto orientabile di detto utensile in modo che detto tagliente abbia un'estremità a contatto con detto piano di lavoro e detta zona di saldatura risulti sollevata rispetto al piano di lavoro così da realizzare un invito all'inserimento del materiale da saldare sotto detta zona e consentire la saldatura del materiale per una striscia di larghezza corrispondente alla larghezza di detta zona ed il taglio di detta striscia in modo da dar luogo a due bordi saldati adiacenti.
