Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un gruppo riduttore per mescolatrici di tipo "planetario" detta mescolatrice essendo del tipo che comprende una vasca (1), almeno un braccio (2) orizzontale girevole attorno ad un asse verticale (3) centrale avente almeno una estremità sporgente da detta vasca (1) e, ad almeno una estremità di detto braccio (2) orizzontale, un gruppo di palette (4) girevoli attorno ad un secondo asse (5) verticale, il gruppo riduttore comprendendo almeno un motore (9), primi mezzi (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) di trasmissione-riduzione del moto tra detta estremità dell'asse (2) verticale centrale sporgente dalla tazza e l'asse (10) del motore (9), tali da ottenersi una riduzioni di circa 1:50 - 1:80 (preferibilmente 1:70), secondi mezzi (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23) di trasmissione-riduzione disposti tra l'estremità superiore di detto asse verticale (2) centrale e il secondo asse (5) verticale di rotazione del gruppo palette (4); attorno a detto asse (2) verticale centrale essendo previsto un colonnino (8) fissato inferiormente al piano della tazza (1) e portante, superiormente, almeno un elemento (18) dei secondi mezzi di tramissione-riduzione.
