Abstract
The system comprises a centrifugation apparatus 1 with a rotating drum 45 suitable for receiving a basket 6 of stacked reels 14 and equipped with means of coupling 24 for defining a preset angular orientation of the basket 6 with respect to the drum itself 45. A first motor 38 provides the rotation of the drum 45 at high centrifugation speed, while a second motor 43, which can be activated alternatively to the first, controls a low- speed rotation of the drum 45 at the end of the centrifugation rotation. There are means 46 - 59 for blocking the drum and deactivating the second motor 43 when the rotating drum 45 reaches a preset angular position during rotation at low speed. The machine also envisages a loading station 2, an unloading station 3 and means of transport 4 for alternatively transferring an already centrifuged basket from the centrifugation apparatus 1 to the unloading station 3 and a new basket to centrifuge from the loading station 2 to the centrifugation apparatus 1.
