Abstract
A motor-propulsor for hang gliders consisting of a light engine 1, fixable to the central bar 3 of the hang- glider, connected by means of a centrifugal clutch 7 to an articulated shaft 9 running longitudinally with respect to said bar, a propeller 13 with folding blades being fixed at the end of this shaft 9 and held in the folded back position by spring means 15. The articulated shaft 9 has a further joint 31, thanks to which it can be folded back on itself when the propeller blades 13 are folded. <IMAGE>
