Abstract

The invention is concerned with an exhaust pipe for purifying exhaust gas from vehicle engines. In general the exhaust gases enter a chamber fitted with two series of baffles where they are mixed with water. The liquid component then passes through a filter and is recycled. The gaseous component, before being discharged into the atmosphere, has a large part of the steam removed.
