Abstract
The hanks are put on a perforated conveyor belt. The mobile conveyor belt transports the thread hanks or other textile material under a series of jets. There is a group of jets for spraying and another for aspirating. Continuing on their path the hanks or other textile material enter inside a vaporization or drying tunnel to have their colours fixed. A pre-rinsing and quick cooling treatment of the material is possible at the end of the tunnel. The colour injection happens through a warehousing container of the coloured solution, using a transfer pump and connection tubing to the various jets.
