Abstract
The present invention has as its object the multi-use machine for the preparation of domestic espresso coffee; with hydro-compression commonly called coffee cream. This is equipped with an axial piston, with one cylinder, with one hermetically sealed filter containing the coffee grinds, with one collecting cup and with one heater which by way of a gathering tube brings the boiling water to the cylinder, thereupon the piston is lowered which initiates the percolation; Napoletana type has the procedure like the coffee cream, but excluding the compression phase, that is the slow percolation; the American system consists in inserting the coffee grinds into the filter and said filter into the bottom of the collector, to grind, without, obviously the compression phase.
