Abstract
The plant and devices for the industrial production of energy based on cold fusion of deuterium nuclei absorbed in palladium or titanium. The plant comprises three units either functioning singularly or in series. They consist of electrolytic batteries (2a,b,c) fed with pure heavy water or heavy water containing tritium or helium. Each battery is surrounded by a blanket (6a,b,c) containing 6Li or a 6Li,7Li mixture. Neutrons, radiation and other heat emitting fusion products are conveyed with the blanket. To avoid the palladium melting during fusion, then cathode plates are used (3a,b,c), shielded between anodic plates of titanium (4a,b,c). The heavy water fed via a tube (1) is cooled in each battery by means of forced circulation due to heat exchanger (22) and circulation pump (23). The deuterium nuclei are absorbed by microcracks in the palladium and as the concentration builds up conditions for cold fusion occur.
