Abstract

The conduit system for housing fuel pipes between fuel tank (R) of a car and engine (M). It comprises an oval sheath (4) of rigid polymeric material containing fuel delivery, excess fuel return, breather pipe and electrical cables. A feature of the conduit is the presence of bellows like corrugated portions (4a) in the regions where the sheath has to be bent to fit shape of vehicle under-body. Along the length of the sheath is a rib of dove-tailed section onto which snap-on tabs attached to body provide anchor points.
