Abstract

The catamaran consists of a pair of floats (A',A) connected to either side of a central connecting board (B) by transverse bars (D,D'). The central board is approx. the same length as the floats and has on it's upper surface, a rear wall (10) to carry the outboard motor, a forward raised front (9) which carries the controls, and a seat superstructure (C) whose position can be adjusted. The transverse bars (D) pass through holes (12) in the floats and board and are fastened by screw clamping flexible shims (8) at their ends.
