Abstract

Baling plant comprises transfer appts. for transporting textile material from a pre-pressing unit with loading equipment, to a final pressing unit with bale binding mechanism and opt. with wrapping mechanism. The two pressing units are at the same level. Pref. the transfer appts. comprises a carriage loaded and unloaded with material being baled by pushers, and one final pressing unit receives pre-pressed material from units on its opposite sides. The final pressing unit has appts. for feeding wrapping film about final bales.
