Abstract

The digital transceiver, for selective-call radio systems, has a generator producing two signals of different frequencies. Either the first or the second of these two signals can be applied to an aerial depending on either of two digital control signals. A keyboard is used to select manually digital messages for transmission. A processor is connected to the keyboard and generates either '1' or '0' by employing the first and second digital control signals.
