Abstract
Provided is a data transmitting/receiving method capable of effectively minimizing power consumption. The method has: a synchronization step for establishing synchronization between a master device and a slave device on the basis of prescribed synchronization information transmitted by the master device or the slave device; a CAP setting step for setting a contention access period (CAP) for the master device and the slave device at a prescribed timing on the basis of the established synchronization; a starting step for starting data transmission/reception between the master device and the slave device in the CAP; and a prolongation step for prolonging the data transmission/reception after the CAP when the data transmission/reception does not finish within the CAP.
