Abstract

In the present invention a power supply control device is provided with a power receiving device for receiving power from a power generator a plurality of connection devices each having a cell connection part to which a storage cell is connected and a control device. The control device is configured so as to determine whether an amount of generated power being supplied to the power receiving device from the power generator is at least a requisite amount of power which is an amount of power required to charge all of the storage cells connected to the connection parts; to execute a first power supply operation in which power is supplied from the power receiving device to all of the connection devices to which the storage cells are connected when the amount of generated power is determined to be at least the requisite amount of power; and to execute a second power supply operation when the amount of generated power is determined to be less than the requisite amount of power in which power is supplied from the power receiving device to some of the connection devices to which the storage cells are connected but power is not supplied from the power receiving device to the remaining connection devices.
