Abstract

Device for measuring resistance of earth tap and charger for on board vehicle furnished with such a device. A device (26) for measuring an earth resistance (24) of an installation comprising: a current source (8) and an ammeter (9) which are disposed on a first electrical branch (21) provided so as to link a phase (5) of a power supply network (3) with the earth (19) of the installation a second electrical branch (22) provided so as to link a neutral wire (4) of the power supply network (3) with the earth (19) of the installation comprises a resistor (13) across the terminals of which is connected a voltmeter (14) and comprises a first capacitor (10) in series with the resistor. The device comprises a third electrical branch (23) provided for linking the neutral wire (4) of the network with the earth (19) of the installation and comprises on the third branch in parallel with the first capacitor (10) and with the first resistor (13) a second capacitor (20) of higher value than the first capacitor (10).
