Abstract

The invention relates to a radial spring (5) for the lug of a brake pad. The spring comprises a clamp (51) and a supporting loop (52). The clamp is formed by a straight arm (511) a wavy base (512) and a Z shaped arm (513) followed by the loop to which it is connected by a bend (513) followed by another bend (522) which has a larger radius of curvature and is connected to the pad (523) which terminates in a turn (524) that is almost at a right angle to the end of the pad (523).
