Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a dynamic frequency spectrum optimization method device and system the method comprising: predicting the traffic distribution of a terminal in each cell of multiple cells; generating multiple frequency spectrum allocation schemes for the multiple cells according to the traffic distribution of the terminal in each cell each frequency spectrum allocation scheme comprising the frequency spectrum allocated for each cell; selecting from the multiple frequency spectrum allocation schemes a frequency spectrum scheme superior to the current frequency spectrum allocation scheme of the multiple cells according to at least two network performance indexes of the network wherein the multiple cells are located; and using the selected frequency spectrum allocation scheme to allocate frequency spectrums for the multiple cells. The present invention improves the frequency spectrum utilization ratio by predicting the traffic distribution generating multiple frequency spectrum allocation schemes and dynamically allocating the frequency spectrums; and the present invention selects the optimized frequency spectrum allocation scheme according to multiple network performance indexes and optimizes the multiple network performance indexes simultaneously.
