Abstract
Process for cancelling inter-cell interference between neighboring cells in a synchronized OFDM communication system allowing communication between one User Equipment fitted with at least two antennas and one serving Base station (eBS) involving the steps of: - arranging a communication channel between said Base Station (150) and a neighboring base station, said communication channel being used for exchanging information relevant to the communication of said neighboring base station and the strongest interfering UE; - communicating to the UE downlink control information relating to the proper communication with said base station and further including said information received from the neighboring base station Whereby said UE can use such information as a downlink control information for the purpose of interference cancellation.
