Abstract
Method of separating lipoprotein present in an aqueous solution thereof which comprises mixing the solution with an emulsion of perfluorocarbon particles in water containing phospholipid, whereby the protein protion of said lipoprotein binds to phospholipid on the surface of the perfluorocarbon particles, and separating protein-containing perfluorocarbon from said aqueous solution.
