Abstract

3-Substituted pyridine of the formula <IMAGE> in which R<1> represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, acyl, haloacyl, benzoyl, benzyl; R<2> represents hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, alkylcycloalkyl, arylalkyl, aryloxyalkyl, R<3> represents the radical <IMAGE> where R<4> to R<8> independently of one another represent hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, dialkylamino, phenyl, hydroxyl or halogen, and together additionally represent the group -CH=CH-CH=CH-, n has the value 0 or 1, and their salts which are tolerated by plants, and fungicides containing these compounds.
