Abstract

1. A system for the connection of central functional units (13, ..., 17) to setting groups (1, 11, 12) of a geographical interlocking station, said setting groups being connected to each other via geographical data connections, equipped with microprocessors (5) and assigned to the route elements, characterized in that each setting group (1, 11, 12) has a special serial input/output (3) for external access which is connected via a digital switching network (10) to all central functional units (13, ..., 17) which require access to the setting groups (11, 12).
