Claims (4)
1. A method for the production of plaited dough pieces, especially of plalted-bunftype dough structures, 1n which strands of dough are intertwined, characterized in that two strands of dough are twisted with one another 1n a cord-like manner, that the double strand thus fonned is bent to a substantially U-shape roughly at the midpoint of Its length, and that the section of the double strand located on one side of the bend is twisted with the section located on the other side.
2. The method according to claim 1 wherein the twisting of the two sections of the double strand . is carried out in a sense of twisting opposite to the sense of twisting of the two dough strands.
3. The method for production of plaited dough pieces substantially as described hereinbefore and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
