More particularly, the present invention relates to a toilet paper roll device assembled underneath the sink on the drainage pipe enabling to store the toilet paper rolls without need or assembling a device on the walls with screws or various vacuum devices.
Background of the Invention Other objects and advantages of the invention will become apparent as the description proceeds.
In many homes it is necessary to store toilet paper rolls next to the bathroom or toiletroom since one roll finishes relatively quickly. Up until today the toilet paper rolls were placed on the floor or one a pedestal or devices were hung which require drilling in the walls or tiles, or devices with suction cups which have the tendency of falling at a certain point, or devices were placed on the floor which take up space and it is necessary to move them each time for routine cleaning.
The object of the present invention is to enable the user to store a large amount of toilet paper rolls close by, underneath the sink which is usually close to the bathroom or toilet room, without damaging the walls and without concern that the rolls will fall, and without having to clear the floor for routine cleaning, since the toilet rolls and the device are up high in the air and not on the floor.
Summary of the Invention The present invention relates to a toilet paper roll device assembled Underneath the sink on the drainage pipe comprising: a. A clasp connected to the drainage pipe. b. The base of the device or stands for placing the toilet paper rolls. c. Hanging devices or paper roll holding elements for the rolls.
The device described in the present invention enables being hung up on the drainage pipe of the sink located underneath the sink.
According to the present invention the device can comprise within it or on it one roll or more of toilet paper.
The toilet paper rolls can be placed lying down or standing up within the device, the rolls can also be placed on hooks so they can be stored and pulled out easily from the device hung up in the air on the drainage pipe.
Basically, the toilet paper roll device enables storing toilet paper rolls one storey high or two storeys high in an orderly manner convenient for use.
According to the present invention the device can also be used as an ornamental device, painted in different colors, shaped in different ornamental shapes: a. A basket. b. A two sided pole comprising clasp stripes. c. A fan. d. A lamp.
According to one of the preferred embodiments of the toilet paper roll device described in the present invention it will be manufactured in the shape of a 2A According to one of the preferred embodiments of the toilet paper roll device described in the present invention it will be manufactured in the shape of a half round basket comprising a side wall which prevents the toilet paper rolls from falling which can be hung up on the drainage pipe of the bathroom or toilet room sink. The basket can be made of metal, plastic, flexible materials, hard materials, shaped as a net, or opaque sheets.
According to a different preferred embodiment the toilet paper roll device described in the present invention will comprise a base board which will be hung on the drainage pipe of the bathroom, sink on which a clasp stripe is connected for hooks on which it is possible to hang one or more toilet paper rolls.
According to a different preferred embodiment the toilet paper roll device described in the present invention will comprise a clasp which will connect to the drainage pipe of the bathroom or toilet room sink on which an elongated base will be connected to which a half round base surface is connected to which connect the hooks on which it is possible to place one roll or more of toilet paper.
According to a different preferred embodiment the toilet paper roll device described in the present invention will comprise a clasp which will connect to the drainage pipe of the bathroom or toilet room sink to which half round hooks will be connected at the center of which is a round base for placing the toilet paper rolls with a hook in the middle for stabilizing the toilet paper rolls.

These figures are the embodiments of several forms of the present invention with no intention to reduce the embodiment's extent.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments FIG. 1 Illustrates an isometric schema of a toilet paper roll device (10) assembled under the sink (20), the device being shaped like a basket or tray which is filled with toilet paper rolls according to the present invention. | The device includes basket or tray (12), which^an hold rolls of toilet paper (14), and which is connected to a clasp (13) having a stripe (1£>) vertically (downward in this case) extended therefrom. The clasp connects to the drainage pipe (18) of the sink (20).
The clasp (13) may be a two piece unit, each piece surrounding half of drainage pipe (18). The two pieces are then connected to each other and secured around the drainage pipe (18) by screw bolts (13') or other means for securing two pieces of claps (13). Other ways of attaching clasp (13) to drainage pipe (18) are possible, such as sliding the appropriate drainage pipe section through a clasp having a ring shaped opening. 197520/4 The stripe(s) (16) vertically extending from the clasp (13) are attached by any appropriate means to the basket or tray (12). For example, the stripe(s) (16) may be glued onto basket or tray (12).
FIG. 2 illustrates an isometric schema of a toilet paper roll device (10) assembled underneath the sink, shaped like a basket or tray without toilet paper rolls according to the present invention.
The toilet paper roll device (10) includes a basket or tray (12) which is connected to stripe (16) in an essentially horizontal fashion. The :stripe (16) is connected to clasp (13), which is connected to the drainage pipe (18) of the sink (20).
FIG. 3 illustrates an isometric schema of a toilet paper device (24) assembled underneath the sink, shaped like a two sided pole cornprising vertical clasp stripes or poles (160) according to the present invention.
Rolls of toilet paper (140) are held by the device which includes a clasp (130) having two vertical poles (160) connected to it, the clasp |(130) connecting to the drainage pipe (180) of the sink (200). Typically, the clasp (130) may include two pieces which enclose drainage pipe (180) thereby attaching onto the drainage pipe (180). The clasp poles (160) have hooks (22) horizontally protruding from the poles for holding the toilet paper rolls.
FIG. 4 illustrates an isometric schema of, a toilet paper roll device (28) assembled underneath the sink, shaped like a fan according to the present invention.
Rolls of toilet paper (144) are held by the device which includes a clasp (164) which connects to the drainage pipe (184) of the sink (204). The clasp (164) includes a downward extending stripe which is connected at its end to a base (164') having clasp hooks (26) protruding from the base (164'), typically in a fan shape, for holding the toilet paper rolls.
FIG. 5 illustrates an isometric schema of a toilet paper roll device (30) assembled underneath the sink, shaped like a lamp according to the present invention.
While certain features of the invention have been illustrated and described herein, the invention can be embodied in other forms, ways, modifications, substitutions, changes, equivalents, and so forth. The foregoing description of the embodiments of the invention has been presented for the purpose of illustration and description. Claims (20)

1. Toilet paper rolls device assembled underneath a sink on the sink drainage pipe enabling the user to store and easily pull out toilet paper rolls, the device comprising a clasp configured to be connected to the drainage pipe, said clasp comprising at least one vertical stripe said vertical stripe having a tray or a plurality of paper roll holding elements extending essentially horizontally therefrom.
2. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1 wherein the tray is basket shaped.
3. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1 wherein the paper rolls holding elements comprise hooks.
4. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 3 wherein the hooks are arranged in a fanlike shape or a lamp like shape.
5. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1 comprising two pole shaped etesp vertical stripes.
6. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, made of plastic.
7. Toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, made of metal.
8. Toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, made of flexible materials.
9. Toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, made of hard materials.
10. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, comprising a half round tray having a side wall which prevents toilet paper rolls from falling.
11. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, wherein the tray is made of metal.
12. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, wherein the tray is made of plastic.
13. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, wherein the tray is made of flexible materials.
14. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, wherein the tray is made of hard materials. '
15. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1 in which the tray is in the shape of a net. 197520/4 7
16. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, wherein the tray is made of opaque sheets.
17. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 1, wherein the paper roll holding elements comprises a base board.
18. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 17 further comprising hooks for holding toilet paper rolls, said hooks extending from the base board.
19. The toilet paper rolls device according to claim 17 wherein the base board is a half circle shape.
20. The toilet paper rolls device according to claims 1-19, as illustrated and described above.
